2022 (Track & Field): Competed in a pair of meets in the 60-meter dash, setting a personal best with a time of 7.49 at the Blue & Gold Invitational.

Spring 2021 (Football): Saw action in each of the final three games of the season… Made three tackles, one in each game… Made his collegiate debut on April 3 at Drake.  

Prep: Three-year varsity letter winner… Received first team all-conference honors… Held team captain status as a senior… Also won two letters in track & field.

Personal: Majoring in communication… Son of Megan and Chris Day… Has a younger brother, Bryce, and three younger sisters, Oliva, Morgan and Cassidy… Mother Megan played basketball at Villanova and father Chris played football and ran track at West Chester University.
