2024-25: Began the season at the Blue & Gold Invitational on Dec. 6, competing in the long jump and high jump… Posted a first-place finish in the indoor long jump at the Notre Dame Invitation on Jan. 25… Recorded his season-best 7.24 long jump at the MVC Indoor Track & Field Championship on March 2-3… Earned MVC Honor Roll.

2024: Set a program record in the long jump at 24-7.25, breaking a mark that had stood since 2011... Had the second-best triple jump in program history at 47-7.25, the best since 2011... Earned Indoor All-MVC in the long jump (second) and triple jump (third)... Had PRs in the long jump (7.50m, 24-7.25) and triple jump (14.52m, 47-7.75) at the GVSU Big Meet on Feb. 9, winning both events... Won the triple jump and long jump at the Butler Invitational on Jan. 20... Won the long jump at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic on Jan. 26-27... Won the long jump at the SIU Bill Cornell Invite on April 5-6... Won the height jump at the Sycamore Open on April 27... Placed fourth in the high jump with a PR of 1.95m (6-4.75) at the MVC Outdoor Championships on May 10-12.

2023: Earned All-MVC honors in the triple jump by virtue of his top-3 finish at the MVC Outdoor Championships… His outdoor long jump of 23-8.75 ranked fourth in program history, the program’s best mark in that event since 2011… His outdoor triple jump of 47-7 ranked second in program history and was the squad’s best mark in that event since 1976.

Prep: 2019 OFSAA provincial champion in high jump with a mark of 1.90m... Finished fourth and sixth in the long jump and triple jump at the OFSAA Provincial Championship... Finished second at the 2021 U18 Ontario Championship in the triple jump and third in the long jump... Finished first at the 2022 U20 Ontario Championship in the long jump and triple jump, and second in the high jump... 2022 OFSAA Provincial Championship in the high jump with a mark of 1.95m... Finished second and fifth in the long jump and triple jump at 6.81m and 14.15m at the OFSAA provincial championship... No sophomore or junior season due to COVID... Personal bests of 2.00m (high jump), 14.15m (triple jump) and 6.82m (long jump)... Also competed in basketball and volleyball.. Member of honor roll all four years.

Personal: Son of Neil and Simone Mullings... Has two sisters, Kennedy and Abigail.
