Biography
2024-25: Began career at the Indoor Blue & Gold Invitation, running the 60 in a personal best 7.56… Set an indoor personal best in the 200m at the GVSU Big Meet on Feb. 15 with a time of 24.08… Posted an outdoor personal best in the 100m with a 12.06 at the Redbird Challenge on March 28-29.
Prep: Two-time all-conference honoree in track & field… Played soccer for 12 years.
Personal: Son of 2002 Valpo alum and Class of 2017 Valpo Athletics Hall of Famer Lubos Barton, who was a men’s basketball standout, went on to play professionally and was on the Valpo coaching staff for two seasons… Mother Kristin Uryasz is a 2002 Valpo alum… Step father is Scott Uryasz… Hobbies include running, biking, travel and team sports.
