2024-25 (Track & Field): Opened the season with a personal best and new program record in the indoor 1000m with a time of 2:26.70 at the 2024 Gold & Blue Invitation on Dec. 6… Set a personal best and new program record in the indoor 600 at the Meyo Invitation on Jan. 31- Feb.1 with a time of 1:21.20… Ran a personal-best 3:56.40 in the outdoor 1500m at the Normal Invite on April 11-12.

2024 (Cross Country): Did not compete.

2024 (Track & Field): Posted the third-fastest outdoor mile time in program history and best since 1977 at 4:18.31... Had the third fastest indoor 800 in program history at 1:54.58 on Feb. 10 at the GVSU Big Meet... Had his best indoor mile time of 4:40.61 on Jan. 20 at the Butler Invitational... Turned in a personal best of 3:59.34 in the 1500 on April 19-20 at the Jesse Owens Classic.

2023 (Cross Country): Began the season with a 19:24.6 in the 6K at the Valparaiso Winrow Open on Sept. 1... Turned in an 8K of 28:12.7 at the Redbird Invite on Sept. 15... Finished the five-mile run in 27:36.7 at Notre Dame’s Joe Piane Invitational on Sept. 29... Clocked an 8K of 26:30.8 at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 13... Finished the 8K in 27:35.2 at the MVC Championship on Oct. 27... Completed his season with a time of 35:26.6 in the 10K at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Nov. 10.

Prep: Competed in six years of cross country and four of track & field… Frontier Valley Conference XC champion… FVC 800m and 3200m champion… 800m, 1600m and 3200m regional champion… Tulsa World XC Athlete of the Week.
