2024-25: Began his campaign at the Normal Invite on April 11-12… Set a personal best in the outdoor shotput and discus throw at the Badger Challenge on May 2… Threw a personal-best 47.08 (154-5) outdoor hammer at the MVC Outdoor Championships on May 17-18.

2024: Had a PR in the weight throw of 15.94m (52-3.75) on Feb. 10 at the GVSU Big Meet... Had personal bests in both the shot put (13.82m, 45-4.25) and the hammer throw (46.33m, 152-0) on April 5-6 at the SIU Bill Cornell Invite... Had a discus throw of 43.34m (142-2) to win the Jack Shaw Invitational on April 12-13... Had a PR in the javelin at 37.26m (122-3) in the MVC Outdoor Championships on May 10-12.

2023: His best indoor shot put of the season was 13.42m at the MVC Indoor Championships… Had his best indoor weight throw of the year with a 15.86m mark at the Blue & Gold Invitational on Dec. 2… His personal season best in the outdoor shot put was 12.58m at the MVC Outdoor Championships… Turned in a personal season-best discus mark of 34.27m at the 2023 MVC Outdoor Championships.

2022: Turned in his best weight throw of the season at 14.74m (48-4.5) in his debut at the Windy City Rumble in February... Achieved his top discus toss of 34.14 (112-0) at the Illini Invitational... Had a pair of PRs at the Valpo Invite on April 30, turning in a 12.09m (39-8) in the shot put and a 44.72m (146-9) in the hammer throw.

Prep: Regional qualifier... Also active in football, the student radio station, Spanish Club and the school newspaper... Academic all-state honoree in football

Personal: Majoring in mechanical engineering... Son of Charles and Sidney Rinker... Has no siblings... Hobbies include fishing, outdoors, coding and weightlifting.
