2025: Started all 12 games… Named All-PFL Honorable Mention… Earned the Team’s Defensive Player of the Year Award… Garnered PFSN All-PFL First Team recognition… Finished 12th in the PFL and second on the team with 86 tackles, averaging 7.2 per game… Tied for eighth in the PFL in passes defended with eight… Tied for sixth in the league with three interceptions… Made his third career interception in the Aug. 30 season opener vs. Virginia Lynchburg… Ranked second on the squad with eight tackles on Sept. 6 vs. Adrian… Had six tackles on Sept. 20 at No. 16/17 North Dakota… Led the team with a career-high 12 tackles on Oct. 4 at Drake, 11 of which came in the first half, while also recording his second interception of the season and the fourth of his career… Shared the team lead with nine tackles on Oct. 11 vs. Dayton… Crossed the 100-tackle threshold for his collegiate career on Oct. 18 at St. Thomas… Had a team-high eight tackles on Oct. 25 vs. Morehead State… Named the PFL Special Teams Player of the Week after a game-changing blocked punt that helped Valpo rally from 24-0 down for a 32-31 OT win over Stetson… Finished the season with a career-high 13 tackles including two as part of a goal-line stand on 2nd-and-goal from the 1 and 4th-and-goal from the 1 while also making an interception in the game at Butler.
2024: Started all 11 games… Named the team’s Newcomer of the Year… Ranked tied for eighth in the PFL in passes defended with eight (six breakups, two interceptions)… Ranked tied for 13th in the PFL in interceptions per game… Ranked third on the team with 55 tackles including 32 solos… Was twice nominated by the PFL for National Freshman of the Week honors (Sept. 15 & Oct. 27)… Had a season-high 10 tackles on Sept. 28 at Morehead State… Made interceptions on Sept. 14 vs. Indiana Wesleyan and Oct. 5 vs. Drake… Finished the season with an eight-tackle output vs. Davidson.
2023: Played in four games, retaining four years of eligibility... Saw action on Sept. 9 at Indiana Wesleyan, Sept. 30 vs. Southwest Minnesota State, Oct. 7 at Drake and Oct. 14 vs. Morehead State.
Prep: Four-year varsity letter winner... All-area first team, all-conference first team, all-state honorable mention and Most Influential Player award... Helped his team to an 8-3 record and conference championship... Team captain... In a 2022 game against Oswego, had six pass breakups, nine targets, no catches allowed, no yards allowed and five tackles... Has also played high school basketball... Team captain in both football and basketball as a senior.
Personal: Son of Debbie and Joseph Lendino... Has two brothers, Brian and Zac, and a sister, Madeline... Hobbies include working out, playing competitive sports, hanging out with friends and watching movies... 7v7 national champion with the Midwest Boom.
