2026 Valparaiso University Female Perseverance Award (ARC Awards)
 
2025-26 (Track & Field): Earned the Female Perseverance Award at ARC Awards… Posted the third best indoor 600 in program history and best since 2020 at 1:40.13 on Jan. 30 at the Meyo Invitational… Raced to an indoor mile time of 4:59.55 on Feb. 13 at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic, the team’s best since 2014 and the fifth best in program history… Part of the indoor distance medley relay team that posted a time of 12:20.99, fourth in program history and best since 2014… Had an outdoor 1500 time of 4:34.86 on May 1 at the Gary Wieneke Memorial that ranked fourth in program history.

2025 (Cross Country): Ran her lone 5k of the season on Oct. 3 at Notre Dame’s Joe Piane Invite and clocked a time of 19:49.9… Authored her 6k season best in the final race of the year, the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Nov. 14, with a time of 23:20.17.

2024-25 (Track & Field): Ran the second best indoor 1000 in program history with a time of 3:16.44 at the Blue & Gold Invitational on Dec. 6.

2024 (Cross Country): Did not compete.

2024 (Track & Field): Saw action in five meets, all during the indoor campaign… Had PRs in various events in three consecutive meets, starting with a 10:50.58 in the 3000 at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic (Jan. 26-27), continuing with a 19:11.18 in the 5000 at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 2-3) and concluding with a 5:21.62 in the mile at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 10)… Raced in the 3000 and 5000 at the MVC Indoor Championships.

2023 (Cross Country): Cranked up the season with a 5K of 20:02.2 at the Valparaiso Winrow Open on Sept. 1... Finished the 6K in 23:54.4 at Illinois State’s Redbird Invite on Sept. 15... Was third on the team in the 5K at Notre Dame’s Joe Piane Invitational on Sept. 29, recording a time of 19:19.4.... Turned in a 6K of 23:28.4 at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 27... Finished the 6K in 24:34.0 at the MVC Championship on Oct. 27... Posted a 6K time of 24:07.3 in the final race of the season on Nov. 10 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional.

2023 (Track & Field): Her best indoor 800 of the season was 2:21.55 at the GVSU Big Meet… Had her best indoor 3,000 time of 11:11.55 at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic… Her top outdoor 800 was 2:23.72 at the Jack Shaw Invitational… Had a personal season best time of 4:51.70 in the outdoor 1,500 at the MVC Outdoor Championships.

2022 (Cross Country): Made her collegiate debut with a 20:37.6 in the 5K on Sept. 2 at the Valparaiso Winrow Open... Finished the 6K in 25:22.88 on Sept. 16 at the Spartan Invite... Clocked a 20:13.6 in the 5K at the Sept. 30 Joe Piane – Notre Dame Invitational... Finished the 6K in 23:58.6 at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 14... Had the team’s third-best time at the Oct. 28 MVC Championship, finishing the 6K in 24:24.7... Rounded out the season with a 6K of 24:14.6 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional.

Personal: Majoring in biology... Daughter of Paul and Christina... Has three siblings, Logan, Griffin and Anika... Is a triplet.
