2024 (Cross Country): Started her season at the Winrow Valparaiso Open on Aug. 30 with a time of 23:32.7… At the Redbird Invite on Sep. 13^,, ran the 6k in 26:24.9…On Sep. 27 at the Gans Creek Classic, ran the 6k in 26:23.1… Finished in 21:00.1 at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational on Oct. 4^th in the 5k… Ran a personal-best 24:37.3 in the 6k at the MVC Championship on Nov. 1.

2024 (Track & Field): Had a personal-best time of 5:45.26 in the indoor mile on Feb. 10 at the GVSU Big Meet… Turned in a PR of 2:31.32 in the 800 at the Gibson Invitational (April 18-20)… Competed in two events at the MVC Outdoor Championships (May 10-12) including a PR of 5:16.01 in the 1500.

2023 (Cross Country): Made her collegiate debut with a 5K time of 22:24.7 at the Valparaiso Winrow Open on Sept. 1... Ran her first collegiate 6K and finished in 26:19.2 at the Redbird Invite on Sept. 15... Stopped the clock in 21:05.8 in the 5K at Notre Dame’s Joe Piane Invitational on Sept. 29... Finished the 6K in 25:44.7 at the MVC Championship on Oct. 27.

Prep: 4x800 school record holder… Cross country state qualifier… Participated in Riley Dance Marathon… Member of National Honor Society and French Honor Society.

Personal: Majoring in international business… Daughter of Patrick and Alicia Tisdale… Has four siblings – Bianca, Edgar, Guston and Felix… Hobbies include reading, swimming and creating art… Comes from a family legacy of track record holders at her high school.
