2025-26 (Track & Field): Ran Valpo’s fastest indoor 3000 since 2007 and fourth-fastest in program history at 10:00.76 on Feb. 6 at the Windy City Invite… Clocked the third-fastest indoor 5000 time in program history and fastest since 2009 at 17:20.99 on March 1 at the MVC Indoor Championships… Ran one indoor mile, finishing in 5:23.63 on Dec. 5 at the Blue & Gold Invitational… Posted the second-fastest outdoor 10,000 time in program history and fastest since 1999 at 36:27.51 on March 26 at the Raleigh Relays… Had her season-best outdoor 1500 of 4:41.73 on May 1 at the Gary Wieneke Memorial… Posted a time of 18:22.80 in her lone outdoor 5000 run of the season on April 23 at the Jim Freeman/Clark Wood Open.

2025 (Cross Country): Led the team in her collegiate debut with a 16^th-place finish at the season-opening Winrow Open hosted by the Beacons on Aug. 29… Led the team for the second straight race and finished 40^th overall at the George Dales Invite hosted by Western Michigan on Sept. 19… Led the team for a third straight race and outdid her previous 5k PR, finishing in 18:26.1 and placing 39^th of 171 at Notre Dame’s Joe Piane Invite on Oct. 3… Led the team for a fourth straight race, finishing 75^th of 205 at the Oct. 17 Bradley Pink Classic while posting a personal-best 6k time of 21:57.13 that allowed her to crack the program record book at sixth in program history… Finished second on the team at both the MVC Championship (Oct. 31) and NCAA Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 14).

Prep: Team placed third at the IHSA 3A state cross country meet in 2023 and first at the IHSA 3A state meet in 2024.
