2015: Made three appearances off the bench for Valpo, totaling 83 minutes of action ... played career-high 48 minutes in win over Loyola Oct. 11 ... member of Horizon League Academic Honor Roll.

2014: Appeared in one match off the bench for the Crusaders, seeing action as a substitute Sept. 7 at Western Illinois ... member of the Horizon League Academic Honor Roll.

2013: Sat out first season at Valpo as a redshirt ... maintained four seasons of eligibility.

Prep:  An All-Conference (’10, ’12) and All-Sectional (’12) selection as a member of the Rockford Lutheran Crusaders … three year letter winner … played for the Rockford Raptors club team … National Honor Society member … graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Personal:  Krista is the daughter of Larry and Carolyn Carlson … major is biology.
