2024-25: Battled back from mid-season injury and surgery to post season-best 100 free time at the MVC Championships ... also posted season-best times in the 200 and 500 free, the 50 and 200 back and the 200 IM after late-January return to competition.
2023-24: Swam a variety of events as a rookie ... third-fastest on team in the 1650 free (19:32.46) ... also competed in the 100, 200, 500 & 1000 free, the 50, 100 & 200 back, the 50 & 200 fly, the 200 & 400 IM and the 200 breast.
Prep: A four-year letterwinner for the Rebels ... won district championship in 500 free in 2022 ... team captain ... posted top times of 5:27.36 in the 500 free and 2:02.95 in the 200 free ... swam for Com Swim Team Select Team 2019-2023 ... also earned one letter in cross country ... member of National Honor Society.
Personal: Daughter of David and Stephanie Sites ... major is elementary education, with a minor in kinesiology (coaching emphasis).
