2025-26: Turned in the team’s second-best indoor pentathlon in program history at 2669 on Dec. 12 at the John Gartland Invitational… Part of the indoor distance medley relay team that posted a time of 12:20.99, the program’s fourth fastest of all time and fastest since 2014… Stopped the 400 hurdles clock in 1:05.98 on May 8 in the Huskie Classic, achieving the fifth-fastest time in program history in that event and fastest since 2015… Had the team’s best outdoor javelin throw of the season at 26.10m (85-7) on March 27 at the Joyce Morton-Kief Invite.

2024-25: Opened the season with a personal best and second-place finish in the indoor shot put at the John Coughlan Invite on Dec. 6-7… Set a personal best in the outdoor 400m hurdles with a time of 1:10.83 at the MVC Track and Field Championships on May 17-18… Awarded Valparaiso University Presidential Academic Honors, MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award and MVC Honor Roll.

2024: Competed in the pentathlon at the John Coughlin Invite (Dec. 1-2) and posted a PR in the shot put of 9.05m (29-8.25)… Ran the 500 at the Edmunds-Wilt Invite and finished in a personal-best time of 1:32.32… Had her PR in the 400 hurdles (1:11.95) and javelin (32.7m, 106-6) at the MVC Outdoor Championships (May 10-12).  

2023: Shattered the program record in the indoor pentathlon at 2,577… Ranked fourth in program history in the outdoor heptathlon at 3,746… Finished fifth in program history in the 300-meter dash at 45.29.

Prep: Competed in seven years of track & field and three years of cross country prior to college... MVP of the Chesterton Relays... Crown Point track & field MVP... Shuttle hurdles recordholder for Crown Point and the Princess Relays... All-American shuttle hurdle relay (Adidas Nationals)... Also competed in basketball and volleyball recreationally.

Personal: Majoring in psychology... Daughter of Jeff Kiger and Sarah Greene... Siblings are Finn Kiger, Makayla Middleborn, Dain Ellman, June Ellman, Alyssea Kiger, Elsa Ellman, Samantha Kiger and Noam Ellman... Hobbies include sports, astronomy, astrology and cats.
