Biography
2025-26 (Track & Field): Part of the indoor distance medley relay team that posted a time of 12:20.99, fourth in program history and best since 2014… Ran the indoor 600 in one meet, finishing the Meyo Invitational in 1:43.37 on Jan. 30… Had her best indoor 800 of the season at 2:25.81 on Dec. 5 at the Blue & Gold Invite… Ran her best indoor mile of the season at 5:28.62 on Feb. 6 at the Windy City Invite… Had the team’s best outdoor 400 of the season at 1:02.68 on March 26 at the Raleigh Relays… Had her season-best time in the outdoor 800 at 2:23.10 on May 16 at the MVC Outdoor Championships… Ran one outdoor 1500, finishing in 5:01.97 on April 10 at the Tennessee Invite.
2025 (Cross Country): Recorded her season-best 5k time of 20:24.0 on Oct. 3 at Notre Dame’s Joe Piane Invite… Notched her best 6k on Oct. 17 at the Bradley Pink Classic with a time of 23:36.32.
Prep: Three-time state qualifier in cross country… School recordholder in 4x800 and 4x400… Also competed in basketball and volleyball… Academic all-conference honoree.
Personal: Daughter of Rachel and Jaime Parsons… Has two sisters, Ally and Brooke, and a brother, Adam… Enjoys shopping, running, reading, traveling, wake surfing and tubing… Is a good tennis and pickleball player.
