Erica Jessen was promoted to Director of Ticketing and Promotions in August 2021 and again elevated to Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing and Fan Experience in March 2023. She previously served as Ticket Operations Manager for seven years.

Jessen joined the Valpo Athletics staff after graduating from Valpo in 2014 with a degree in sport management and a minor in business administration. A Northwest Indiana native who graduated from Morgan Township High School, Jessen plans marketing and promotional schedules and implements a marketing plan.

Jessen provides leadership and strategic oversight in the areas of marketing, promotions and fan experience. She resides in Valpo with her two children, Maycie and Jacob.
