Natalie Muskin-Press

Natalie Muskin-Press joined the Valparaiso University staff in August 2010 as the Coordinator of the Office of Alcohol and Drug Education and has served as the Assistant Director of Prevention & Wellness Education since August 2020.

She provides programming, training and education to all areas of campus in the following areas – substance abuse, sexual assault prevention, suicide prevention and general mental wellness.

Prior to arriving at Valpo, Muskin-Press served as an addictions therapist for Porter Starke Services from June 2008 to July 2010. She also taught as an adjunct professor at Purdue North Central from August 2007 to May 2015.

Muskin-Press graduated from Valparaiso University in May 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminology before going on to earn a master’s of forensic psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in May 2007.
