The Valpo bowling team was honored as a National Tenpin Coaches Association (NTCA) All-Academic Scholar Team for its collective success in the classroom, while eight Beacons were recognized as NTCA All-Academic Scholar-Athletes.
 
As a team, the Beacons posted a 3.445 cumulative GPA for the 2025-26 academic year to earn All-Academic Scholar Team honors. 59 teams received such recognition from the NTCA this year, which requires a minimum team GPA of 3.2 for the year.
 
Individually, rising seniors Payton Rowley and Maia Struble were named All-Academic Scholar-Athletes for a third straight year, while graduated senior Peytin Brake and rising senior Angela Webber were honored for a second straight season and graduated senior Jen Patz earned the award for the second time in her career. They were joined by rising senior Alexis Wooley, rising junior Sawyer Jones and rising sophomore Abigail London. Individual honorees must have maintained a GPA of at least 3.4 for the academic year.
