Biography

Prep: Four-year varsity letter winner… Team captain… Earned all-conference and all-district honors as well as a Toughness Award… As a senior, had 111 tackles, six tackles for loss, four forced fumbles, two sacks, an interception and five pass breakups… In 2024 vs. Normal High School, had 16 tackles, two tackles for loss and two forced fumbles… Also played baseball as a freshman and sophomore… Competed in track & field and qualified for state in the shot put as a senior despite only throwing for six weeks… Member of National Honor Society and dean’s honor roll while earning the Shalom Award.
 
Personal: Majoring in business… Son of Tiffany and Kendell McGowen… Hobbies include hunting, fishing and outdoors.
