Jaelon Quiero-Gordon joined the Valpo football coaching staff prior to the 2026 season, serving in a quality-control role and working with the team’s safeties.
Quiero-Gordon was a five-year football student-athlete at Marietta College, where he played for current Valpo head coach Andy Waddle from 2020-2024. He was a four-time all-conference honoree and earned all-region status.
After graduating from Marietta with a bachelor’s degree in journalism broadcasting and a minor in coaching in December 2024, Quiero-Gordon broke into coaching by instructing the defensive backs at Ohio Dominican University.
During his undergraduate days, Quiero-Gordon worked as a Marietta College alumni ambassador.
