2024: Played in one game while redshirting and retaining four years of eligibility… Made his collegiate debut against St. Thomas.

Prep: Three-year varsity letter winner... Second team all-league, two-time league champion... Had three receptions for 81 yards in one half vs. Northwest as a senior... Also competed in four years of basketball... Served as a team captain in both football and basketball as a senior... Four-time honor roll member... Member of National Honor Society... Same high school as former Valpo football player Anthony Sciarroni.

Personal: Majoring in accounting... Son of John and Mandy Elgin... Has two younger brothers, Josh and Andrew... Mother played basketball and volleyball at Akron, while his father played football at Hillsdale Took piano lessons for five years but doesn’t remember any of it.
