Nick Sullivan joined the Valpo men's basketball coaching staff prior to the 2026-2027 season as video coordinator.
Sullivan arrives at Valpo after spending the last two seasons as an assistant coach at Whitworth University in Spokane, Wash. Prior to Whitworth, he spent two seasons as a graduate assistant at Gonzaga, where he worked alongside Valpo head coach Roger Powell Jr.

Prior to Gonzaga, Sullivan was the head coach at Golden State Prep from 2019-2021 and an assistant coach at Prolific Prep for the 2021-2022 season. He also gained experience as the head coach at Prolific Select AAU (2020-2021), an assistant coach at Bushnell University (2018-2019) and working for the United States Baseball Academy in Xi'an, China (2016).

A four-year varsity player at Bushnell University, an NAIA program in Eugene, Ore., Sullivan earned his undergraduate degree in business administration and interpersonal communication in May 2016 before going on to achieve his master's in organizational leadership from Gonzaga in June 2024. He graduated from De La Salle High School in Concord, Calif. in 2012.
