2025-26 All-MVC Third Team

2025-26:
Named to the All-Missouri Valley Conference Third Team… Scored a team-high 12.8 points per game while pulling down 3.2 rebounds per game, shooting 40.8 percent from 3 (51-of-125) and 82.6 percent from the free-throw line (71-of-86) in 32 games including 22 starts… Led the team with an MVC-only scoring average of 14.7 ppg to go along with 3.3 rebounds per game, a field-goal percentage of 45.1, 3-point percentage of 43.5 and free-throw percentage of 83.1 while playing all 20 Valley games and making 18 starts… Ranked 12th in the league in scoring average, 11th in field-goal percentage (.451), fifth in free-throw percentage, fourth in 3-point percentage, tied for 13th in 3-point field goals made per game (1.59)… In MVC-only games, ranked ninth in the league in scoring average, 11th in field-goal percentage, fourth in free-throw percentage, fifth in 3-point percentage and eighth in 3-point field goals made per game… Had 19 double-figure scoring outputs… Named the MVC Newcomer of the Week on three occasions (Dec. 8, Jan. 5, Jan. 19)… Had his first double-figure scoring output as a Beacon with 13 points off the bench in a Nov. 12 win over Nicholls... Scored a team-high 18 points, his best outing of the season to that point, and tied a then career high with four made 3s on Nov. 29 vs. Western Michigan... Scored a team-high 17 points, his second straight game with 17 or more, on Dec. 2 at Marquette, going 5-of-6 from the field and 5-of-5 from the free-throw line while also grabbing a then season-high six rebounds... Led the team in scoring for the second straight game and had his third straight output of 17 or more with 17 points on Dec. 6 vs. CCSJ... Scored a then career-high 25 points on 10-of-13 shooting in the Dec. 21 conference opener vs. Murray State, the most points scored by a Valpo reserve since 2011... Scored 18 points, all after halftime, on Dec. 29 at UNI... Made his third start of the season and first since Nov. 7 on Jan. 1 at Southern Illinois, scoring a game-high and then career-high 26 points to go along with a season-best seven rebounds and a career-high 11 made free throws in 12 attempts... Led the team in plus-minus at +24 in the Jan. 4 win over UIC... Turned in a mark that stood as his career high through the end of the season with a game-high 28 points in the Jan. 7 win over Illinois State including 3-for-3 from 3 and 9-for-9 from the free-throw line... Had a team-best plus-minus of +4 and scored 10 points but fouled out in 34 minutes on Jan. 10 at Murray State... Made a career-high five 3s and tied a personal best with eight made field goals leading to 24 points on Jan. 13 at Belmont... Posted another 20-point game to lead the team in the Jan. 17 win over UNI, also pulling down seven rebounds to equal a season high, which stood through season’s end... Shared the team lead with 15 points on Jan. 28 vs. Belmont... Scored 16 points in a Jan. 31 win at Indiana State... Scored 15 or more for the fifth time in six games with 16 on Feb. 3 at Bradley... Led the team with 18 points in a victory over his hometown team, Evansville, on Feb. 6... Scored his 1,000th career point on a made 3-pointer with 9:39 left in the first half on Feb. 15 vs. Indiana State... Shared the team lead with 17 points in his return to his hometown on Feb. 28 at Evansville.

Texas A&M Corpus Christi (2021-2025): Spent his first four collegiate seasons at Texas A&M Corpus Christi… Redshirted in 2021-22 before playing in 85 games and making 50 starts over the next three seasons… Averaged 7.6 points per game over his three seasons… Poured in 9.8 points per game and 4.2 rebounds per game while shooting 91.7 percent at the free-throw line and 37.8 percent from 3 in 2024-25… Was part of the program as a redshirt when Texas A&M Corpus Christi reached the NCAA Tournament in 2022… Played in the 2023 NCAA Tournament on a team that beat SEMO in the First Four before playing top-seeded Alabama in the Round of 64, scoring 14 points off the bench against the Crimson Tide… Scored in double figures 31 times over his three seasons playing at Texas A&M Corpus Christi including 15 times in 2024-25… Tallied a season-high 20 points twice including an 8-of-11 shooting showing in the Nov. 4, 2024 season opener at Purdue.
 
Prep: Four-year letterwinner at Evansville Reitz High School... One of the top players in the state of Indiana and was named to the Hoosier Basketball Magazine Top 60, selected from a pool of 1,500 players state-wide... Averaged 17.1 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.2 assists per outing in 22 games in 2020-21... Shot .530 (87-163) from the field, .360 (45-126) from 3-point territory and .790 (68-86) from the free throw line... Scored over 1,000 points in his career... Led Evansville Reitz to back-to-back SIAC conference and sectional championships... Earned All-State honors and was a two-time Southern Indiana Athletic All-Conference First-Team selection... An Evansville Downtown Kiwanis Club First-Team honoree... Earned Male Athlete of the Year at Reitz
 
Personal: Graduated from Texas A&M Corpus Christi in May 2025 with a degree in kinesiology/exercise science… Pursuing a master’s degree at Valpo… Off the court, enjoys spending time with his daughter, Cohen, who was born in 2024.
