Earned the Missouri Valley Conference Freshman of the Year Award while also being named to the MVC All-Freshman Team and All-Tournament Team… Became just the fifth Valpo freshman ever to win a league’s Freshman or Newcomer of the Year Award… Named the MVC Freshman of the Week on seven occasions… Scored 20 points or more 10 times in the final 13 games of the season… Finished the season with 526 points, fourth in Missouri Valley Conference history for points by a freshman and the most since Creighton’s Doug McDermott in 2010-11… Broke the Valpo freshman season scoring record that had stood for over a quarter of a century… … Ranked seventh in the MVC in scoring average, seventh in free-throw percentage (.805) and 10th in 3-point percentage (.383)… Made his collegiate debut in the Nov. 4 season opener vs. Liberty in Xenia, Ohio, scoring four points while handing out three assists... Dished out six assists to share the team lead on Nov. 8 vs. Concordia Ann Arbor... Enjoyed his first career double-figure scoring output with 10 points on an efficient 4-of-5 shooting including 2-of-2 from 3-point range on Nov. 12 vs. Cleveland State... Became the 10th freshman nationally and second mid-major rookie with at least 26 points in 2024-25 by pouring in 26 including four made 3s and 8-for-8 at the foul line on Dec. 14 vs. Central Michigan, doubling his previous personal best in the scoring column... Had his second straight 20-point game with 22 including 20 in the second half on Dec. 17 at Ohio State... Had his first collegiate double-double and according to Wright his first lifetime double-double on Dec. 22 vs. CCSJ with 10 points and 10 rebounds, Valpo's sixth points-assists double-double in the last 20 years and the fifth nationally by a freshman in 2024-25... In his return to the state where he spent the bulk of his childhood on Jan. 1 at Missouri State, turned in 14 points on 6-of-8 shooting while setting personal bests in made field goals and steals (three)... Had his second-highest scoring output of the season with 25 points in the Jan. 8 win over Indiana State, becoming just the sixth freshman nationally with multiple 25-point games this season... Scored a team-high 18 points and handed out five assists on Jan. 18 vs. UIC... Scored 15 points on 5-of-8 shooting on Jan. 22 at Drake... Tied a season high with eight made field goals, made a season-high four 3s and turned in his fourth 20+ point game of the season with 22 on Jan. 28 vs. Southern Illinois... Had 20 points on Feb. 1 at Illinois State, his second straight game with 20+... Broke the program's known freshman single-game scoring record with 32 points on Feb. 5 at Indiana State... Scored 20+ points for the fourth time in five games with 20 exactly on Feb. 12 vs. Belmont... Had 22 of his game-high 24 points after halftime including a game-winning layup with two seconds remaining in a 66-64 victory over Missouri State on Feb. 20. Had the highest-scoring half by a Valpo freshman in at least 20 years and scored 20 points in the final 11:06 and 16 in the final 6:20... Turned in 29 points to lift Valpo to a 16-point comeback in a victory at Southern Illinois on Feb. 22... Had his seventh scoring output of 20 or more in a 10-game span with 24 points at UIC in the March 2 regular-season finale, in that game surpassing Lubos Barton's Valpo freshman scoring record that had stood since 1998-99... Named the MVC Freshman of the Week for the fourth straight week and seventh time this season for the final week of the regular season... Had 22 points in the MVC Tournament opening round game on March 6 vs. UIC... Had 29 points including season highs in made field goals (11) and made 3s (six) in the March 7 MVC quarterfinal win over UNI… Averaged 25.0 points per game at Arch Madness while knocking down 15 3-pointers, one shy of tying the tournament record and the second most in the history of the event.

Prep: Played his first three high school seasons at Joplin High School in Missouri before transferring to Link Year for his senior season, when he averaged 15.0 points and 7.0 assists per contest... During his junior year at Joplin, he hit two free throws to win a playoff game, a moment that he holds as a special memory.

Personal: Born in Durango, Mexico before moving to Carthage, Mo. at age 2... His brother Always Wright is a member of the University of Rhode Island men’s basketball program... His father Joe played at Kansas State University from 1984-1986 and went on to play professionally overseas. He holds the single-season scoring record for his team in Iceland after averaging 46.6 points per game in 1992-93... Mother Karina is a school teacher... Legal full name is Andre All Wright Vargas, but he goes by All Wright... Loves food and said the coaching staff showed him a lot of great places to eat in Valparaiso... Interested in pursuing either finance or aviation.
