Valpo softball sophomore Kayden Krug (Milford, Ohio/Mount Notre Dame) represented the Beacons on the 2025 Missouri Valley Conference All-Tournament Team, unveiled by the conference at the tournament's conclusion Saturday.
 
Krug had her 10^th multi-hit game of the 2025 campaign in the Beacons' first-round tournament game against Bradley, going 2-for-4 at the plate. She doubled in her first at-bat in the second inning and eventually scored as part of a two-run frame to tie the game. Later in the contest, Krug's one-out single in the sixth started a rally which looked like it would give Valpo a late lead.
