The Valpo Esports program was well represented when the Great Lakes Esports Conference (GLEC) announced regular season awards this past weekend. Seniors Ben Zaweski and Deandre Vega were selected for 1st Team All-Conference in Overwatch, while Sophomore Nathanael Haines was picked for 2nd Team All-Conference in Overwatch. In addition, Sophomore's Niko Hambesis (Overwatch) and Austin Oh (Super Smash Bros) were both announced for Academic All-Conference. Awards were determined by a voting committee composed of coaches and directors from the conference.
