The Valparaiso University Department of Athletics has announced changes to men's and women's basketball season-ticket options for the 2026-2027 academic and athletic year.
Â
For men's basketball season tickets, costs will remain the same for 2026-27. Season ticket holders will once again receive the best per-game rate of any ticket purchasers. This rewards our most loyal supporters and encourages single-game ticket purchasers to consider season-ticket options, helping us build the forward momentum of the men's basketball program by fortifying our home-court advantage. In addition, a new bleacher mezzanine season ticket option is now available, providing fans with a more affordable entryway into season tickets.
Â
Prices for 2026-27 men's basketball season tickets will be as follows – bleacher mezzanine ($170), lower bleacher ($240), chairback ($475) and courtside ($650).
Â
In addition, the department has announced new, family-friendly pricing for women's basketball season tickets, decreasing the season-ticket cost from last season in order to make access to those contests more affordable for fans and to encourage single-game ticket purchasers to consider expanding to season tickets. This new price structure for women's basketball will put Valpo more in line with its Missouri Valley Conference compatriots and other peer institutions. These changes will help create forward momentum within the program, utilizing these new attractive prices to expand the season-ticket fan base for Valpo women's basketball. This will contribute to a stronger home-court advantage while rewarding the most loyal investors.
Â
In women's basketball, general admission season tickets for the 2026-2027 season will cost $75, a 67 percent discount compared to purchasing tickets for each game individually. Season tickets for children 10-and-under will be available for $30, a 63 percent discount from those who purchase children's tickets for each game individually.
Â
In addition, Valpo Athletics has announced the Beacon Bonus. Fans who purchase their season tickets early will lock in double the amount of purchased tickets good for a one-time voucher to be used at a game of their choice. For example, fans who purchase two season tickets in the chairback section will receive four chairback single-game ticket vouchers to be used at one game of their choice during the 2026-27 season.
Â
Valpo Athletics has also announced the addition of payment-plan options starting this year for men's and women's basketball season tickets, in addition to previously-announced payment plan options for volleyball and football season tickets. Fans purchasing season tickets will have the option of an interest-free payment plan of up to two to four months with the last payment due on Oct. 1.Â
Â
Season-ticket renewals for men's and women's basketball will go on sale on Monday, June 15. Season tickets will go on sale to the general public on Wednesday, July 15. Information on single-game tickets will be announced at a later date.
