Lori (Barton) Pelletier was the best player on the 1991 North Star Conference Volleyball Championship team (regular season)-the first VU team ever to capture a Division I title in any sport.

The all-time kills leader (1,505) in school history, Pelletier helped VU to a 24-12 overall record-the first winning season in VU's Division I volleyball history. A two-time All-North Star Conference selection, she also holds VU career marks for digs (1,537) and attacks (3,802), and ranks among the top four in career hitting percentage, service aces and total blocks.
